To change the dead band and failsafe time on signal loss
The dead band is the small percentage of throttle lever movement that results in no power to the motor
Changing the dead band region of throttle lever movement or the failsafe time both involve setting the throttle lever at the centre region.
There should be no power to the motor and the amber should be on or faint.
If this is done correctly the the  cyclical light sequence should respond to holding the SETUP button starting with flashing red.
